Its federal property. It is not illegal. Although the county sheriff in the 80s and 90s tried but failed to stop it. They posted warning signs about nudity and they have enbraced the culture since it does bring in revenue for the upgrades to the ramps and facilities. Enjoy😁

The nude beach is not legally nude, although they have never enforced the clothing requirement. It is on the very north end of Playlinda Beach, in Canaveral National Seashore. You pay an entry fee to go in; price varies. Parking is free in designated areas.
