I am concerned about the reviews of the property. I have an upcoming reservation and expect a clean, luxurious home with amenities like advertised. What is the condition of the properties rented by expedia?

Yes, agreed with the above comment, this is VERY dependent on the individual property. The property manager is largely the same. We have stayed in 2 separate houses in Encore but had polar opposite experiences in terms of the house maintenance, equipment and furniture. That said, the resort is fantastic so do your research on the house as it can affect the experience.

Since all the homes are individually owned and managed by different property management companies, I would be careful who you book with. If you are booking through Expedia, you more than likely won't have access to all the amenities. There is Rentyl and ACS who are the management companies. If you book directly through Rentyl, you get a stunning home, and access to all the amenities, including the water park. With ACS, you get the house. That's it, same thing when booking with ay other third party like Expedia, Booking, VRBO, etc. There is no guarantee of the condition of the property when renting via any third party.
