I was here for the Appaloosa Music Festival this year which was amazing! This place and the scenery are beautiful. Most of all, the staff are awesome. After realizing I had lost my AirPods over 200 miles away from home, Jennifer and others took it upon themselves to look for them for me for days! They looked I n the rain and through the trash. Jennifer stayed in touch with me and was willing to keep looking. I am so appreciative of the customer service here and will definitely be returning!

No deposit
We lost power when we were there for Maybe 6 to 8 hours? We had to ask multiple times for it to be looked into. Their wiring diagram is not right, so some sights show as having power when they don't. It would be nice if they would simply take the time to update it. We were hot as Hades this summer without the air working. Add cooking lunch and dinner inside to that heat... But that was the only real bad part of our stay.
