It was the worst check their beds upon arrival, when we entered we saw the floor was dirty and when I wanted to cover my children I saw that the sheet had blood and hair They did not change the sheets of the previous guest π‘ I immediately went to the lobby with the dirty sheet full of blood and they sent clean sheets, they agreed the next day someone named Anne went to talk to me and check the suite and she never came, check your bedrooms first if you don't want to catch an infection ahy

Very clean location and amazing staff. We took cover here during Hurricane Ian, and felt incredibly safe. The staff weβre amazing about updates, sending texts every 2-3 hours to let us know what was going on. Which was great because the news was saying not to go outside! There was plenty of security which gave us a huge piece of mind on the property. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed including a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Although this was the only place we could find during the Hurricane, we were so relieved to find this hidden gem. Will be returning with family, without a doubt. A long list of amenities and activities available, we will be sure to enjoy next time around.

Roaches, roaches, roaches! Beware! This resort has the type of roaches that carry diseases and will infest your home. My family and I experience the roaches the first day we got there. Iβm glad that our bags were not unpacked when we discovered the first roach under the kitchen sink as we were about to grab the soap to wash the dishes.

I made it here due to evacuating from the bay area. The lobby was very nice, friendly staff, they were inundated with guests (prob evacuees). I have a 1 bedroom. It's really nice inside. The bedroom is private, large bathroom, washer/dryer in unit, full kitchen with all the things you need from plates-pans etc., living room open with the kitchen, big flat screens in bedroom & living room, and a balcony with table & chairs. No complaints about the accommodations in unit. The downside is how thin the walls are. I can hear EVERYTHING my neighbors say and do. Last night around 9pm they were blasting music and running/jumping with their kids who were previously blasting a kid movie. It is awful. On one hand, the resort can't control people's inconsideration levels. On the other hand, they gotta know how thin walls are between rooms. When you can hear normal voice levels between a wall, there's a problem. Other than that all seems great! Can't speak on other accommodations they offer as I didn't utilize them.

Its a very big place and the kids will love it.
You can check in at anytime and use some of the resort features but the rooms are usually ready around 4 but the will text you once it's ready after you check in
not sure if you can call liki tiki and ask the doorman
I think 3 and older. We had a party of 8 youngest was 2 and she wasn't counted but or 6, 9, and 10 year olds were. Hope this helps. When all else fails try calling the staff is really friendly.
You will live Liki Tiki. Lots of activities for kids on property, miniature golf, bicycle rentals, game room, paddle boats, two other pools and poolside bar for adults. Also, shopping and variety of restaurants. You won't regret it.ππ½ππ½
Yes bars are in walking distances one right across the street in the plaza next to aldi also down the Street i think its call liquor bar
Our two bed apartment had a large tub in the master ensuite. We didn't use it because it seems a colossal waste of water. It may be a jacuzzi, but I would have to say that it probably wasn't. Room 1150E.
The cost is per day... We stayed 4 nights last week and paid $60 in resort fees
No
They do but cannot guarantee one will be available upon your arrival. Due to that we just brought our own but they did have one ready for us.
No, and although we only stayed one night as we where passing through, it was an amazing place for the kids and a total family vacation. We absolutely reccomend this place!!!
I truly didn't see anything for that type of atmosphere or engagement. More famiy kid friendly atmosphere. Water works. Meaning pools water rides, playground and parks for BBQ and grilling
Hi, phase 1 are townhouses with 1 and 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms are upstairs. Phase 2 are condos with 1 2 and 3 bedrooms. I like Phase 2 better it gives you a better view of the property.
We've gone here for the last 8 years, and we've never had any issues and actually always had exceptional service. Rooms are great. This guy is obviously having a bad day.
Wal-Mart is also very close, more crowded but cheaper than publix
The pool with the slides is not heated and is open until 7 or 730 but the other 2 pools are heated and are open until 12 midnight. The bar is open until 9 on weekdays and 10 weekends.
Can you bring extra people in besides what counted for having bday party for my kid
Yes it gets cleaner daily in the morning and after closing time.
And
They'll take late. Heck ins but call ahead to let them know you're planning on arriving late
Yes they have a fire pit you share with other guest no need to reserve. If not lit just call maintenance and they will light it for you same as the grill. Everything is on the beach area next to bridge by kids pool.
Beware most scooter rentals will deliver to the place you are staying, then you must transport to wherever it will be needed. You will need a rental car with enough capacity for passengers AND the scooter(s). We chose scooter rental onsite at DW to avoid the logistics. While DW doesnβt reserve, they had sufficient stock when we were there in February and the crowds were way bigger than we expected.
Yes it is. It isn't a huge space but it is fully equipped with everything you need.
Bad thing is that they take a 300 deposit... then return in 10 days.... if things are not broken.
It depends on the time of year, I think they close earlier for now. If you are staying there, they give you a sheet with the current hours
it's open all year long unless they shutdown for renovation...
Debit or credit cards only. No prepaid cards accepted.
The voltage is 110v
A little pricey, but well worth it.
They are condo apartments. There are individual rooms and shared living spaces
Sure you can.its a really nice place
I dont think they do they only give 6 per room. Each room is only allowed up to 6 people I believe. You can call the front desk and they can answer your question:).
No, first come, policy.
No shuttles... no third party... they are a time share resort.... allows others to enjoy without time share... do charge a resort fee $30 per day
Check in is 3 but you can go at anytime and if your room isn't ready they give you access to the entire resort (water park included) and will send you a text when your room is ready!
No, I don't think so. I remember telling my husband he wasn't allowed π
I'm sure they do if they know u r arriving & u tell them u r expecting a package
Rooms vary on size. You might want to give the front desk a call prior to booking addressing any questions. We had to pay an extra $200 on top of the amount paid for our room because we were not Diamond members (not knowing ahead of time)
I am not sure. We drove so we could have our own transportation.
No idea, contact the resort directly, ask for the engineering department
2 bedrooms
Yes, there are rooms for even 6 people and yes it has full kitchens
I would call them
Bus are urber it not far maybe 5-8 mins maybe
Unplug the phone, problem solved.
They are open. I am here now having a great time. Hurricane didn't even really bother us. Little rain was all.
Sorry I only read English
Yes, 4 plates, 4 forks, 4 cups, etc. Just a couple of pots and pans though
No but they can recimmend a compsny that delivers to the resort. We rented a wheelchair from them as for the front dedk they will give you the number
i
Nope unless it's a service animal
I need to know if they charge to receive parcels and if they receive them? Can anyone answer ??? por favor
Yes just plan to drive to it depending on where your room is.
Sadly no
Hi! We were told they had a welcome package for us at the lobby. We went to pick it up and the invited us to participate in the orientation and would be given additional prices. We refused and that was the end of it. The lady was very kind and not pushy at all. My suggestion would be not to go pick up the welcome package. It's just a little backpack with coupons π. Hope this helps.
Pool towels are in the closet in the room. You can exchange for clean ones at the desk as well.
Here end of February and still construction on main building and 800 building but haven't drove around to see more
It's not too too far...however there is not much to do around there...
The high rise buildings have a Jacuzzi tub in 2 bedroom units but there are no Jacuzzi tubs in the two bedroom villas. The villas come with oversized garden tubs. I enjoy the villas over the high rise. No noise above or to the side of the units.
All of the 2 bedroom ones I've stayed in over the past 5 years had one. The others to my knowledge, doesn't.
It's my understanding that it's heated and open year round
Studio al Liki Tiki is just one room with mini kitchen. 1 BR there has a full kitchen and private BR.
You have to contact the desk they told us yes. But I believe they cannot stay and there's a limit on amount of people.
I would suggest calling the resort directly, but according to there website Liki Tiki is operating as normal.
Nope, it's all good I checked in today.
Probably
