Are all of the seats outside?

Yes. There's a pavilion covering the area with actual chairs, but no walls. And there's nothing covering the lawn area.

There is a covered tarp hanging 50 ft or so over most of the seats. But yes it is outside

Yes! Most of the seats are under the tent, But u can also bring your own blankets n chairs if you perfer to lay or sit out on the lawn and get comfortable
