The front desk/secretaries played gate keepers, keeping me from a doctor I was referred to in the department. If you get referred to any doctor there, you might as well ask your doctor for a different option. Highly disappointed in the staff at this office. I have never had such an issue scheduling a doctor's appointment before.

Dr. Howie Zheng is a very compassionate doctor that really cares about his patients. He takes his time to listen and also explains things in laymen terms. I really appreciate his professionalism. Raven, Dr.Zheng’s nurse assistant is very nice and personable as well. This was my first visit to this office and felt very much relaxed and wish that all doctor’s offices operated in the same manner,

I've came into the Neurology Center forgetting my Appointment date, i came in on the wrong date forgot 2 sign it Sat down for about 30min . The Medical Office Specialist Syreeta Came up to me Asking if i had appointment i mentioned yes, she checked the schedule and my Appointment was scheduled 1 week ahead, Syreeta was so apologetic as i mentioned i was the one who had the dates mix up, long story short we began to laugh n have small talk as she was excited to tell me about her Beautiful Daughter first Dentist Appointment. I felt as i wasn't at the Dr's office and talking to an actual friend. Syreeta even gave me a Parking Pass for my long stay. I didn't want too leave but our conversation were being cut short due to Syreeta answering the phones, she's such a multitasker. Thank you Neurolgy Center Your Staff Are Amazing! & Thank you syreeta for being so helpful n Cheerful. ..QF
