I have tickets on the lawn do you have to bring a blanket or you can bring a chair and does it have to be a special kind of chair

I've seen ppl with all kinds of chairs. I mean reasonably speaking that is. I haven't seen rocking, Adirondacks, or Bean bag chairs. But folding, camping, & beach chairs, yes.

You really don't need one though
