You have to make a reservation online for electronic passes. The passes are free but you need to plan ahead early that morning. The late passes do not provide enough time for you to see everything.

Its free. On a weekday, since its cold, they will let you in at 1:PM. I wouldn't try it on MLK Holiday Monday, however.

It's free

1. You have to get timed passes. If it's for the same day, you can go on their website at 6 am to get same day tickets or 2. Try your luck by just walking up. I've been able to just walk up and get tickets.
