We had passes for 5/29/2018 @ noon; however when we arrived, we were informed that the museum was closed until the following Friday.. Can the people with tickets be compensated?

Tickets are free, you can try online again and get new passes.

You'll need to check with them directly to see if you can exchange them for another day. Wednesdays are also now "no pass" days.
