No. They are free timed tickets. You have to try 3 months before you go to get them. They do have same day walk up tickets, but it is 1st come, 1st served.
You go online at 6:30am in the morning to get your timed pass you can get up to 4 passes
You need to online and see when they become available they are free and are issued in time slots. At least one month in advance I suggest
