no... once you enter you will not be allowed to come back out. if your a smoker make sure it's a fabulous day to be out doors
I think I saw a sign that said no re-entry but I am not sure if that was for special occasions or instances.
It is always free, it will likely depend on the number of people there that day. Ask when you consider it
