How do I get tickets as a charter member

You need to go online and you get your tickets that way you can give them all for same time or different times anyway it goes that's the only way to get tickets peace

Yes I am a charter member and I have been trying to get tickets since June 2017. How can I get them.

Jeffrey the museum will email you a special link the first Wednesday of the month. Watch your email early that morning that tickets are released. Click on the link at and wait. It will state that you are in queque and there is no guarantee that you will get tickets but don't close it. You will lose your place in the queque. It takes about 2 hours for tickets to sell out. If you don't see the email check your spam folder.

Since its opening in September 2016, more than 3 million people have visited the museum. The demand for passes remains high, and indeed has escalated during the Spring break season. The museum is working through a backlog of group requests and has temporarily suspended the group reservation system until the backlog is successfully addressed.
