Tracking a package that was guaranteed to arrive on the 10th appears to be here though it says "in transit" How to track it so that it will be delivered?

Go to usps.com and input your tracking number

My package was supposed to (and guaranteed to)be delivered by Thursday, 2/11/2021 at 3 pm via express 2 day priorit mail. However, it is currently Saturday, 2/13/21 and it has not arrived to its destination in FL. When I spoke to USPS, I was informed that this USPS location in Linthicum did not send out my package on time to be there by 2/11/21. I have yet to know the status of my mail. I paid for the extra two day express shipping but as you can see it is to no avail. I am highly disappointed.
