2 black females employees that worked there were rude. I asked to use a pen because the one that was chained to the desk had no ink. I asked if she could write on the envelope for me and she said no. The other employee didn't know how to look up the weight for the international mail I was sending and was just going to put a $2.80 stamp on it. Luckily I went to another post office to mail it and it cost over $4 to Argentina. I told those women they were unprofessional and I left and went to another post office. There is a black male that works that is great but if you have to deal with the 2 women go somewhere else. I guess its hard to find good help since the pandemic.

unhelpful employee, i called the first time no answer, second time she hung up on me, third time she told me that she could do nothing nor give me a location of my package. tracking tells me its here, but got denied. employee was unwilling to do her job. worst experience ever.

Nine out of ten times you get a rude worker who is not interested in doing their job. Have to repeatedly ask them to speak louder. Funny that I am told the box I am sending is too small for the paperwork. As if people don't send small things overseas. They all need training on how to work with the public.

if you have the time/ gas, go to a different post office. the employee here acted like she didn't want to work. wasn't friendly or helpful. I could hardly understand what she was saying as she just mumbled when she spoke to me. I'll be surprised if my package arrives where it's supposed to go. but I won't go here again.
