I have flown my drone from Gunpowder Park over to Mariner Point.
I have seen people flying them at the park. Whether they were allowed to or not is a different story...
That's a good question. There is no airport, big or small, near the park. However, keep in mind the Park has an office and Rangers do go out and keep an eye on things. It would be easy to stop by the office/ welcome center and inquire.
