I used spot hero app and many places were $10 for whole day. Street meters are around $2.5 per hour. Every other block requires permit to parkm
Spot hero app or similar to locate and reserve a nearby spot.
We parked on H st at a meter. Unfortunately its 3 hour parking and that's not nearly long enough. If possible, I would suggest getting dropped off or using public transit.
There is also Parking Panda.
