No swimming, boating or water sports of any kind. The bottom of that pond is deadly dangerous because of the silt depth. A teenager in 2014 died trying to get his ball. The kid was not a strong swimmer, but apparently the bottom - or lack there of - did not help. Leave that water to the geese and fish.

Thanks, I did find that out after the post. Looks like pretty good access from the bank on Google maps. I've never been there, but it's only 20 minutes away.
