You have to sign up with the state at the MMCC. The State of MD says getting your MMCC number takes up to 45 days to get approved. I was approved in 2 weeks. Lately, it has been taking people 4 weeks to get approved. Make sure the photo of yourself you upload is in front of white background or they will reject your application. They can help you register with the MMCC at Fell's Docs. They appointment with Fell's Cannabis Docs takes about 30 minutes.
