Purchased a stubs membership on 6/19/2018 and I have not gotten my membership card as of this date. when will I get it? This is July 2.

Do you need a physical card? You can download the AMC app on your phone and begin taking advantage of your membership by having them scan the barcode on the app.

I believe you can get one directly at the help desk inside the theatre or they can also scan your barcode on the app.

Go inside to the theater to the customer service desk.

I think membership is online now. I misplaced my card, so they go by my phone number.
