Call ahead, its not a reservation but it does shorten the wait. The food is absolutely the best!

This will vary on the day and time. Friday and Saturday will be the busiest with Monday and Tuesday typically the slowest business and therefore the shortest wait. They also have call ahead seating. You will need to call the location to see how that works. The food is worth the wait
Call ahead usually goes up to an hour wait, any extra wait time after you arrive is added on after that to the total wait. But you can usually find a spot at the bar if you don't want to wait that long and the wait is usually not very long. The experience and the food is totally worth the wait.
Use call ahead seating. I do it all the time. Wait usually less than 15 minutes.
