We have not been back however we did talk about our experience fast seating, not real busy we got seated with another couple and order short stacks. 45 minutes later i had to ask and then it was served cold. Needs work.
I agree, but the sad truth is that theu are owned by different franchisees. Some owners place a higher demand on the expectation of the individuals which they employ and also have more stringent hiring standards. Those are two of many reasons we as customer get vastly different service as we patronize varying locations under the same iHOP banner.
