There’s no aortic valve surgery performed at the Wilmington VAMC. They are sent to Philly VA or to an outside facility.

I have had the aorta ,and valve replaced By Dr Bavaria at University of Pennsylvania, at 34th and University ave.Ave.. Best in the Business!!!
