Only if your 100% disability. I was told . Could do dental if medical problem associated with dental. Provider would have to give consult. Not sure. Ask and find out?

There’s no aortic valve surgery performed at the Wilmington VAMC. They are sent to Philly VA or to an outside facility.

Absolutely. You'd have to get established with a primary provider (if not done yet). Depending on how far you live from the facility, they can either treat you here, or refer you to a community facility for management, subsidized by VA. Hope this helps!
