It sounds like your daughter came after business hours, most restaurants have firm policies around opening locked doors for non employees, especially when money is being counted. I understand wanting to get a refund and express your concern with the safety of the food, but could this been done during the next business day or by calling the corporate number listed on the receipt?

I am truly concerned, and now upset to b treated so poorly and to be yelled at when I called and asked why they didn't open the door for my daughter when she went back to get what we paid for the first time. She yelled at me and said can't she open a door? My daughter tried the door and even knocked lightly on door and window and no response from the manger, counting drawers at the front of store.If you don't got customers you really don't get a pay check!
