This one in Ellsworth is getting better. Could use some app specials,besides half off drinks, which is a nice thing. Love their ice!!!

There's definitely room for improvement at this location. Its about a 50/50 of whether or not they'll get your order right. They never give you your dipping sauces, eventhough you're charged for them on the receipt. The staff is always kind and helpful, but the location could be ran better.

My kids and I always get happy hour and a snack! The 5 stars is for the South Sonic. I usually always do mobile ordering. Just wish they would make sure to wipe down the cups if their messy and wet. I don't know many times I have to clean up a mess when they hand me our drinks and NO napkins. Very frustrating. They always get the drinks right and the snacks are hot and fresh. Love south sonic!! North Sonic however is awful!! I would give them 1 star. Last time I was there the server who brought our order out was not very nice & just looked like she didn't enjoy her job. She shoved me our order then walked away. Our drinks were covered in soda and wet and sticky. My son's drink mix he gets he said tasted weird. I tasted it & looked at it...it was gross. I don't know what they put in it but he refused to drink it. I should of turned around and went back to have it fixed. Never going to North Sonic again!!!!!!!

Questions & Answers

Iv worked fast food for years and why wouldn't the cook check meat to insure temp, and prepared order correct! ? That a cooks job! Food poisoning, or a death due to neglect wouldn't be good for bussiness!

It sounds like your daughter came after business hours, most restaurants have firm policies around opening locked doors for non employees, especially when money is being counted. I understand wanting to get a refund and express your concern with the safety of the food, but could this been done during the next business day or by calling the corporate number listed on the receipt?
