You would need to provide the l*w*h in order for you to get an estimate, so one more measurement. Also note that the measurements are calculated in inches and not feet. For the first 20 pounds or cubic, the flat rate is $40. Anything after that is $2 per pound or cubic. When calculating the cost, whichever of the cubic or pound is greater is what is used.

They use a minimum charge of $40 [for the 1st 20lbs] in combination with the measurement (in cubic feet).
