I have been at this facility twice and both times I have had a very positive experience . The representatives at the counter are polite, courteous, they answer all questions patiently, they even come around to the computers to help us. Even when they’re really busy they do their best to help everyone in a timely manner.

If i can give a negative 5 star i will NYC police system are out of date i tried paying online and they still dont have it up please update you system u have an app to pay for parking but not a app to pay my ticket please for the love of god stop wasting my money and make an app please it so stupid that i cant pay my ticket at my local DMV very out of date system FIX IT LAZY people i hope u dont have me waiting like 4 hours just to pay my ticket

You will need to obtain a deed form from a stationary store. You can also download one from the internet. You will need to properly fill out the form, sign it and have it notorized by a licensed notory public. There will also be some supporting forms you will need, such as smoke detector.....etc. You may need to do some internet research for those, depending on your needs and what type of building and or transfer you are performing. Go to the ACRIS website and create your cover pages and supporting documents. Then go down to the city register, pay and record your deed. Got that? Or you could just pay a Title company to do it.
