Right now they are not doing any title or registrations. Somerville MVC is doing that right now. At least that what the employees at this MVC said.
South Plainfield and is only license related no other services
They have the DMV separated by either registrations or licenses/titles. I went to S. Orange to get my title transferred. The DMV should have a list of locations and what services they offer.
