They are suppose to come twice a week and bill monthly. They only show up once a week on occasion. I called an asked for a credit and they said they bill monthly regardless if they show up or not. This is unacceptable.

We have driveway pickup , and pay extra for it 4 times they forgot to stop at the house to pick up the garbage. Last time the wife called and spoke to a lady and she said it’s a new driver and once someone comes off the mountain someone would be by that was at 8:00am. Wife called again at 1:00pm , someone will be by. It’s now 4:45 pm and still no pick up. GOODBYE PINTO BROS. I will be looking elsewhere.

Disappointing. We pay extra for them to pick up our trash at our driveway and they don't collect all of our garbage. Unacceptable. Paying extra for a subpar service. I suspect the collector only took the top garbage and didn't roll the garbage can to the truck to throw everything. My hunch.

Monday, September 2nd, Labor Day. We will be closed due to the holiday. If that is your regular schedule collection day, Thursday will be to Double collection. Tuesday September 3rd we will be operating under our normal collection schedule.
Thank you for reaching out to us. We have three different billing cycles (Monthly, B-Monthly. and Quarter). Monthly bills are due on the 10th of every service month. Bi-Monthly bills are due on the 1st of the 1st service month. Quarterly bills are due on the last day of the first service month. We are aware last month an abnormal amount of monthly customers didn't receive their bills. We have been talking with the post office about this issue. Right now: Monthly Customers should be receiving bills in the mail this week. They are due on March 10th for Marchs service. Bi-Monthly Odd Customers should be receiving bills in the mail this week as well. They are due on March 1st. Bi-Monthly Even Customers should of received there bills last month. They were due by February 1st. Quarterly customers should of received their 1st quarter bill in the first week of December 2018. Those bills were due by January 31st. New quarterly bills will be going out in the mail within the next week or so.
Yes. Christmas Eve. Monday the 24th, will be a regular pick up day. The office will be closed on Christmas Eve. Christmas Day, Tuesday the 25th, we will be closed due to the Holiday. If Tuesday is your pick up day, your next schedule day Friday will be the double day. Our office is normally opened from 8am-4pm and closed for lunch from 12 to 12:45 Monday through Friday.
