I just paid off my vehicle I bought and the Leinholder sent me a signed Title and release of Lien. How do I now get a title with just my name on it? My registration is already in just my name? Thank you.

You have to go to a motor vehicle agency. I suggest you find out which ones do titles and make an appointment
