Yes it was. I had to go to the DMV to get it because I didn’t have a photocopy of my ID. I still filled out the form for a replacement and paid for it online and they said it was going to be mailed to me. Thank you!
It's probably asking for the ID number on your existing non-driver ID which you actually want to replace.
