The race starts at 2:30p. That is typically when the driver introductions, national anthem and associates fly over start. The cars will actually start going around by 3. The race length is variable based on the number of cautions.... It wont be less than 3.5 hours and probably closer to 4.5. This year will probably go quick as the cars are lower and there were dramatically less wrecks than last year during sundays clash race. This is Danica's last race so we know there will be atleast was crash into the wall this year.
Good to get there early like 8 or earlier lots of people and gives you plenty of time to take it in. Race time all depends on accidents, weather and other factors of none around 2 hours or so
