You have to pick them up at the credential office. 2013 Dunn Ave. Daytona, FL. I get one every year through work. It's a mile or 2 from the track. You'll need ID and to sign a waiver.

They typically are picked up as the ticket office which is near the tour office. Close to turn 4.
Not 100% positive but my guess would be at the "will call" window
I believe you can buy it at the track, I would call first though.
