Good Morning Peggy. Philip is correct. We have incme guidelines you must fall between. If your income is within the guidelines, your rent is a fixed price. It does not change based on your income. Hi Peggy, The rent here is not on a sliding scale based on income if thats you're asking. However, in order to live here there are income requirements such that your income must be below a certain threshold in order to be eligible to live here. If you call the office and speak to the property manager, her name is Kim, she'd be able to better assist you with any other questions you may have.
