9/26/22 I couldn’t figure out how to post another review so I just added to my previous one. Ron came out twice today to service my a/c. Very professional and very courteous. He came the first time and fixed my thermostat because my 10yr old daughter had some how changed the settings on it trying to turn it off. He checked it and I believe he said it was blowing at around 60 degrees. He said it’d probably take a while for the house to cool down since it was 89 degrees in my house. He said let it continue to run until shuts itself off. Ok cool. So about an hr and a half after he left I had to go get my kids from school. I checked my thermostat before I left and noticed it was down to 87. Awesome it’s working so I leave to go get my kids. My kids and I get back home and I notice the house is still warm. I check the thermostat and it’s back up to 90. I check my outside unit and notice it isn’t running but the inside unit is. I go outside to the unit and it was as though it hadn’t been on at all. Called back and Ron came out as soon as he was able to as he was in a meeting when I called. Ron came out again the second time and turns out the pump on my a/c had went bad. He got that taken care of and now my a/c is running amazing again. My 3 kids and I are so happy to have our a/c working again. I will always recommend this company to anyone that I know that needs work on their a/c. Thanks again Ron and thanks again Eco air for fixing my a/c for a 3rd time even though this one was twice in one day.😉 Another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review from a very happy satisfied customer. Ken came and worked on my ac about 3 weeks ago. He was very professional. At first the ac wasn’t showing any issues. As he was about to leave then it showed what the problem was. He was able to fix it. 3 weeks later it’s running like a dream and now shuts off when the house is to them temperature I have it set at rather than running all day every day. Thank you again Ken and thanks again Eco Air.
