I’ve lived out here for two years now and my kids and I love it. I love that it’s a smaller complex and especially that it’s a non smoking one. The office manager Kim also lives on property and is always there for you when you need her, even after hours. She’s always hosting different kinds of community events to bring everyone together. The complex property is quiet and very clean. She and the maintenance man are out there on a daily basis walking the property picking up any trash and interacting with residence. I’m so glad I made the decision to move here, I highly highly recommend Olive Grove Apartments!

Love this place! The never ending pasta bowls are amazing and hubby loves thre chicken florentine. Wasn't too crazy about the server though, she was a real Karen.

I've been in contact with Kim about possibly moving to this location this summer. She is always very informative, professional, and super sweet. You can definitely tell she cares about her property and the residents that live there. And just from speaking with her, she goes the extra mile to make that property enjoyable for all who are there. I look forward to communicating more with her, and eventually moving in when something comes available.

He gave me I have no peace in this apartment where I still find myself living is the only thing true, the apartments are nice when you first look, but something true that not everything that shines is gold. You can be lucky to rent and have on your floor Conscious neighbors who do not talk with loud noises more than normal believe me that I am here telling the truth I am understanding now those people who have had bad experiences in their apartments only understand this problem when it is happening to you then goods here and you leave Know the people who are looking for an apartment to live a little quiet and you can sleep at night getting up mentally rested but that is your luck otherwise you will have to buy earplugs and maybe they will help you. I have to use the apartment I live in, but I still feel those animals called unconscious people. I'm tired of reporting this call to the police at Ormond Beach and nothing to do, don't waste your time on it, the office does not lose any t
Good Morning Peggy. Philip is correct. We have incme guidelines you must fall between. If your income is within the guidelines, your rent is a fixed price. It does not change based on your income.
