Tempe is getting overrun with feral cats. They are a menace to those who do not want them all over their property and a health hazard as well.

Councilmember Randy Keating and I are leading an animal protection group and working on an anti-hoarding ordinance. As far as outdoor feral cats we partner with the Arizona Animal Defense League on a TNR program.
