It’s to bad the focus of Tempe seems to be build build build! It’s become to congested for a land locked city to keep doing what it’s done for the last years. Now a hokey stadium! Terrible idea! for a town that’s so small and already occupied by the behemoth ASU. Hokey means more concrete and more traffic and less space for its residents and visitors. SHAME!

Councilmember Randy Keating and I are leading an animal protection group and working on an anti-hoarding ordinance. As far as outdoor feral cats we partner with the Arizona Animal Defense League on a TNR program. There was no escaping the noise other than to pick your things and leave Mill Ave. All stores on Mill were affected, windows were vibrating. Another couple with dogs left in a haste. We also had our dogs, skupped the ice cream store and left. I thought Tempe has noise ordinances against this abuse like Scottsdale.
what is wrong with the car wash. they dont make that much noise that will bother neighbors. What are the acceptable noise levels at the location and close neighbor.
