This is my go to place for camera repair as well as seeing what is new and used. We take 1,000s of photos a day and keeping our equipment running well is key. Everyone here knows there stuff and is more than willing to help you find what you need even if you aren’t sure what it is. Besides repair, go upstairs and see the used cameras for sale as well as tripods, backdrops, bags, and so much more.

This is the #1 camera shop My own personal journey with photography has led me to the door of this trusted shop time and time again. Tempe camera repair has offered a ton of knowledge and support that I could not have gotten anywhere else. They offer multiple types of services from fixing lens and cameras ( Dave and Jose in the repair department are helpful, understanding and trustworthy) to rentals and a expansive shop upstairs with tons of lenses, accessories and camera bodies. If you have any questions regarding lens and equipment I would highly recommend stopping by and talking to David upstairs. He has a wealth of experience, some interesting stories and is always willing to help make information a little more digestible ( which has come in handy for me as a new photographer.) tempe camera is hands down one of the best camera stores in the area

Amazing service and very patient with my stupid questions

Yes they are very good and have a lot of things if you need anything else for camera equipment etc.
Yes
With what you are describing I think you probably want to send it to the factory, I think that is what I would do. I wouldn't want to take the chance of accidently destroying it. Hope this helps👍
Not at this time. ✌️
TCR does not sell gimbals at the present moment but my suggestion is to call the manufacturer, DJI, and see if they can help.👍
I believe they have a consignment program to help sell your used gear.
Mask up while in building
Tempe camera has an amazing repair service. They can do many things in house and you don't have to pay the BIG prices from the factory.
I believe they can. Best to call.
While I haven't looked at that specific product, 72 mm is a very popular size, I would expect they have one or more brands available.
Probably. They have most things in stock. If not they can order it.
I can say this: if they can't fix it, they will find who can. They're that good. They took care of two cameras for my family.
Yes, they are very professional in every way. Your gear will be in the best hands west of the Mississippi.
Yes they do. They sell everything Canon and for Canon. If they don't have it in stock they will order it. You can also try Foto Forum in down town Phoenix. They are an official Canon dealer as well.
They do collect a refundable deposit with rentals, so that is what their "insurance" consists of.
We can most likely fix a Sony a6500 in house assuming we can get the parts for it. Please bring it in for a free estimate.
Go in with your equipment and talk to them. They can help convert it or offer filters. I used to shoot a lot of IR film years ago. Good luck!
Yes. They welcome used camera equipment.
Take it in and see what they say.
Great camera. They should be able to help you out. They just fixed my Nikkor lens. Great service.
I highly recommend you call them directly rather than posting a question...they may or may not access this...plus, you'll get a much quicker answer.
Mick, Tempe Camera doesn't do this type of service. But call them and ask where you can go. And call several shops that provide camera services But not what you are looking for because you may get better information about what you need than you would by just reading something about the company written by whoever. Stay Blessed
