No phone number? We just called the # listed and it has been disconnected. We just left Water Works and spent $12 on “the works” car wash...no soap was used at all & our car is filthy afterward??? Can we get a refund?

I had the same problem and got lucky when I saw some guy working on the car wash..he did give a refund and a free car wash thst I had to do in the bay that you do yourself..The automatic car wash only worked for me once..
