Paid my 12 dollars which is the top of the line as far as the options went through their automated car wash. My car unfortunately came out looking worse than when it went in. I'm not sure if the lines are clogged or what but the ending result is a bunch of milky white liquid that dried on my dirty car. Would not recommend but have used their vacuums and they do a good job.

I had the same problem and got lucky when I saw some guy working on the car wash..he did give a refund and a free car wash thst I had to do in the bay that you do yourself..The automatic car wash only worked for me once..
