The St. Augustine office is accepting walk-ins at this time, but it's always best to try to take care of your things online. If you still need to go into an office, call your local SSA and they'll be able to schedule an appointment for you. It's possible they can help you over the phone, but make sure to ask what documents you need to bring if you are planning to go into an office.
Just go into office w/o appt it's so much easier,everyone in line didn't have an appt that was 8 ppl.
It’s not hard. I walked in and Made a appointment. There very careful with the virus. Mask on. Parking is good. They only allow a few at a time. But you can tell the security guard and point to your car and he will call you when it’s your turn. There fast.
