Yes,but if you bring perfume you have to leave it in the front office and only office hours you can use it,they give you a locker to store it, bring your own hygiene unless you want to use jail like hygiene from Patina.
I remember they threw away my cologne and mouthwash. No alcohol. I recommend to have spare cash because you get a Walgreens trip once a week.
