Hi Judith, Depends on the type of room for pricing. Studio Apartments $3,000 (base rate) 1 bedroom is $3,500 a month, and if you are looking for a 2 Bedroom then it would be $5,500 a month. There is a one time community fee. All of our apartments are fully furnished, with a kitchenette and appliances. We have daily housekeeping, 3 chef prepared meals a day.
