Hi Judith, Depends on the type of room for pricing. Studio Apartments $3,000 (base rate) 1 bedroom is $3,500 a month, and if you are looking for a 2 Bedroom then it would be $5,500 a month. There is a one time community fee. All of our apartments are fully furnished, with a kitchenette and appliances. We have daily housekeeping, 3 chef prepared meals a day. The Towers of Venice is actually an Independent Living facility. So most of our residents don't need aid in ADLs, however if need be through the Wellness Center our concierge (who are on site 24/7) can help coordinate personal caregivers or CNAs for them. If the resident needs a higher level of care we also have our ALF sister facility next door, the Gardens of Venice.
