I am a resident of PA but go to college in Montana. My driver's license is due for renewal in April but I am unable to come home for several months at least. How do I get my renewal license if I am not able to come home before the expiration date?

You can renew up to 6 months early.

Check the PA DMV site for online renewal or renewal thru mail. If renewal is not available online/mail then get the Montona state dl.
