Wow, it was surprisingly awful - in the market for a couple of new outdoor lantern type fixtures as we're rehabbing a wrap around porch. This place got good reviews, supposedly "minutes from KOP mall" - at least 30 minutes (I guess that should have been my first clue in false advertising); it's a huge place with a lot of options. Zero customer service there; a gentleman (presumably an owner?) barely acknowledged me; told him what I was looking for and he pointed to a wall of options. When I asked about some of them and showed him photos of what I was replacing he told me "you can't use those, you need the same size backplate" which was not true, my carpenter had already advised me on that. I asked for price on something and he said he'd find out, walked away and proceeded to have a lengthy conversation with another customer who had just walked in. Needless to say I left, went to Rittenhouse Electric in Ardmore where I got fantastic service, a lot of friendly guidance and ordered two beautiful fixtures (for LESS $$$ than Frazer).

If you are looking for lighting stop in and see Janice - not only does she have a great eye if you bring pictures of your space, but her customer service is excellent. She helped us on multiple projects in our home. When we had a manucaturer issue with a fan she helped us resolve it quickly and easily. Has a huge selection. Worked within our budget. Let us take fixtures home to see them in our space before deciding. Can't say enough good things. Thank you Janice and team!

We've been shopping at Home Lighting for at least 15yrs and Janice has been our "go to" person everytime. Their pricing is more then reasonable and their sevice is top notch. Janice and Peter, along with their staff have never failed to be friendly and helpful, no matter if we're just buying a small item or a big item. They never try to do a "hard sell" so it's easy if you're just browsing. I always recommend Home Lighting to anyone who asks.
