When are us loyal Ford owners going to get the Takata airbags replaced? We have waited a long time and it is time for action. I have been a loyal Ford owner and bought several vehicles from you, but now reconsidering due to no action on airbags.

I'm just going to avoid using my airbags for now.

Takata air bag issue is not a dealer issue. I had to wait for my scion replacement for over 7 months. Service at paradise is excellent. My 20 year old daughter bought a used car there and had a 400 issue occur about 5 days past warranty. It was rectified at no cost to her as the dealer understands customer service . Couldnt have been any nicer about it.
