Is first tonsuring for babies will be done here? My baby is 9 months now and want to do mundane ceremony in South Indian style. Is tonsuring done using blade or trimmer? Will they do full head tonsure or do only 3 cuts?

Yes. But no barber will be there. Only Father or any male person has to cut the hair at 3 to places on head. After that baby has to be taken to barber shop for normal hair cutting. All function would be done on South Indian style. I had done for my grandchild during May 2018. You can speak to Mr. Balaji who would speak all south Indian languages.
