No retail stores like Home Depot or Lowe's offer any type of service for anything other than what's offered in store. Anything else like cleaning insulation services are normally contracted out to 3rd parties that affiliate themselves with Home Depot or Lowe's. You're better off looking on Craigslist or Groupon for this type of service.
